Stelios personally teaches the course in 3 consecutive sessions lasting about 90 minutes each run over 3 days. If you desire to establish a steady, regular meditation practice to transform your life experience, this course is for you.

During the first session, you will be given a mantra and be instructed in the effortless technique and the learn meditation recommendations.

Master The Technique 

Over the following two days, the technique is carefully examined and refined, providing you with all the experience and know-how to be completely self-sufficient in your own practice. We examine the impact of stress on the body, the nature of the mind, and how meditation is an incredibly powerful technique to manage stress and sustain well-being. Upon completion of the course, you’ll have the experience and knowledge required to practice self sufficiently.
