THE COURSE

The course runs over 3 consecutive sessions lasting approximately 90-120 minutes each. On completion of the course, participants will have mastered the technique to practice anywhere, anytime. It is essential for all 3 sessions to be completed consecutively, as sequential knowledge is offered each day.

COURSE DAY 1

During the first session, you will be given a mantra and be instructed in the effortless technique and the learn meditation recommendations. You will also have a discourse on the traditional purpose of meditation and the role it plays on directly dissolving stress, expanding self awareness and assisting us on our evolutionary path.

COURSE DAY 2

The second session involves the technique being carefully examined and refined, making sure you're practicing correctly. 
There will also be a discussion on cultivating a daily non negotiable agreement with yourself to practice twice daily.

COURSE DAY 3

Over the 3rd day we examine the impact of stress on the body, the nature of the mind, and how meditation is an incredibly powerful technique to manage stress and sustain well-being. We talk about our fundamental nature of pure oceanic  awareness, and explore the Vedic Worldview.
Upon completion of the course, you’ll have the experience and knowledge required to practice self sufficiently.
